FRC provided environmental due diligence and
compliance evaluation services for the acquisition
of a chain of 29 convenience stores with gasoline
sales. At the client's request, FRC provided a
non-standard scope of services for the Phase I
environmental site assessment. FRC also provided
a detailed evaluation of the compliance of the
storage tank systems, including construction,
operation, and corrective action. Finally, FRC
evaluated the potential for the state indemnity
fund to cover identified releases.
