A leading retailer has a strong corporate desire
for full environmental compliance and enhancement
of the accurate and timely reporting of the actual
status of environmental compliance at its several
hundred facilities, including retail stores,
warehouses, trucking terminals, construction
sites, and offices. FRC met with senior and
middle level managers and visited several
representative locations to understand all
environmental aspects of their operations. FRC
summarized applicable Federal and state laws and
regulations that governed those aspects. FRC
prepared streamlined guidance modules for business
unit managers to follow to determine and report
their compliance status. Finally, FRC will served
as the point of contact for follow-up and
maintenance of the guidance modules for one year
after their roll-out.
