FRC performed Phase I Environmental Site
Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards for
the acquisition by a REIT of land and buildings
under lease to sixteen drug stores in
Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York. FRC
provided draft reports to the client on all
sixteen stores within two weeks and final reports
a week later.
