FRC removed storage tanks from three service
stations slated for demolition to expand a highway
ramp. A total of twelve tanks were removed in two
weeks. At the transportation department's
request, FRC removed and disposed of additional
contaminated soil. FRC provided all waste
management services including disposal of bulk
tank contents, tank sludges, and the steel and
fiberglass tanks themselves. FRC provided soil
and groundwater testing and UST closure reports in
accordance with state regulations.
